When the pieces stop bubbling and begin to curl and turn brownish it indicates that they are ready. Normally the process takes 2-4 minutes. Now take out the chips on a paper towel and allow it to cool. Repeat the same in batches but make sure every time the oil comes back to its original temperature of 375F.   • 2 large green plantains (about 2 cups pureed)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla

  • Two beef steaks of around 1 inch in size.

  • 2 lb of stew beef. Cut them in several equal pieces

  • 2 Tbs chili powder
  • ½  tsp cumin

  • 1/2 can of a diced jalapenos
  • 1/2 tsp thyme

  • 2 medium carrots, sliced

  • 2 diced medium sized zucchini
  • 1 large red pepper, diced
  • 2 green onions for garnishing
  • 1 small refrigerated can full fat coconut milk
  • 1 ½  bay leaf
  • 4-6 large kale shredded leaves

Do not lose heart seeing the number of ingredients most of them are just basic and yes for some you will need to shop. Now firstly you will need to heat a soup pot over medium heat. Next you will have to mix garlic salt, sea salt, chili powder and cumin. Once you are through with this, roll the stew to coat the mixture evenly on all the sides.

Method: Cut the cauliflower carefully into florets and steam them for 12-14 minutes until they become tender but they shouldn’t turn mushy. Now heat the frying pan to medium flame and add olive oil or its substitute as mentioned above. Add peppers and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Now spread these marinated cauliflower florets in a baking dish of size 9×13 and bake for about 35 minutes tossing just once in between.  Meanwhile you add chicken along with the remaining sauce and other seasonings so that it is marinated well. When the cauliflowers are done remove them from the oven and scatter meat on top.  Sprinkle some cheese and bake for another 15 minutes. Lastly scatter with green onions (minced) and bacon.

More than 75 percent of energy in the diet of American foods comes from legumes, cereals, eggs etc all of which is a taboo in a paleo diet as they claim that none of the energy comes from these foods on the contrary they believe that this type of food are the major cause of fatal disease like cancer, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and osteoporosis.

Paleo diet not only gives importance to food but gives equal importance to physical activity. They believe that human body was designed for much more physical work than they normally do. This sedentary lifestyle today is the reason why lot of people suffer from excess fat and lean muscles, a thing which was not found in our ancestors.
